Check your inbox for the boarding pass info

We started sending out your access details to Costa's system where you can download your boarding pass. Look for an email with the subject: Complete the online check-in & Get your boarding pass.

‼️ Please note that not everyone will receive the email at the same time. We kindly ask that you only reach out to us if you haven’t received your check-in instructions by the end of Wednesday, June 4.

Please go ahead and follow the steps, and let us know in time if you spot any errors.

‼️ Dates may appear in a different format than what you’re used to. No action is required on your part - if needed, the staff at the terminal counter will assist in adjusting your details.

Step 1: Log into Costa’s system

To log in, enter your booking number from the email and your surname on this website: https://mycosta-sales.costacruises.eu/login-page.html

The system only accepts English characters.

Step 2: Fill in / correct your personal details

Some details, like your address and email address is currently missing or filled with dummy data, so please update that and check every other personal detail to avoid any misunderstandings during check-in.

‼️ Please don't change the allocated dinner time.

Step 3: Submit the health form

Once you filled in your personal details and saved the changes, you can navigate to MyCruise/Web Check-in and submit the health form (it’ll only be one question).

Step 4: Download your embarkation documents

If you completed the above steps, your boarding pass will be available to download.
