Check your Inbox with Boarding Pass Info

We started sending out your access details to Costa's system where you can download your boarding pass. Look for an email with the subject: [Nomad Cruise 12] Download Your Boarding Pass.

Please go ahead and follow the steps, and let us know in time if you spot any errors.

‼️ If you had a recent booking / booking change request (or your roommate did), the tour operator is most likely still processing it. We will send your login details as soon as we receive them.

Step 1: Log into Costa’s system

To log in, enter your booking number from the email and your surname on this website: https://www.mycosta.com/en/mycruise/transport-and-tickets.html

Step 2: Fill in / correct your personal details

Some details, like your address and email address is currently filled with dummy data, so please update that and check every other personal detail to avoid any misunderstandings during check-in.

‼️ Please don't change the allocated dinner time.

Step 3: Submit the health form

Once you filled in your personal details and saved the changes, you can navigate to MyCruise/Web Check-in and submit the health form.

Step 4: Download your embarkation documents

If you completed the above steps, your boarding pass will be available to download a few days prior to departure.

You'll only get access to your boarding pass when both passengers assigned to the same cabin finished their online check-in.
