To download the app on your phone, follow these steps:

Step 1 for iPhone users: Download the NC13 App

1. Open the App Link: Click here or scan the QR code below:

   

2. Tap Share: In Safari, tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow).

3. Add to Home Screen: Scroll to find and tap "Add to Home Screen".

4. Name the App: Accept the default name and tap Add.

Step 1 for Android Device users: Download the NC13 App

2. Tap the Menu Icon: Tap the three dots in Chrome’s top-right corner.

3. Add to Home Screen: Select "Add to Home Screen".

4. Name the App: Accept the default name and tap Add.

Step 2: Sign In and Set Up Your Profile

1. Sign In:
   • After launching the app from your home screen, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
   • Enter your email address you used for your reservation. If it's your first time, follow the prompts to set up your account.
2. Create Your Profile:
   • Once signed in, you can create or update your profile. Add a profile picture, bio, and links to your social media accounts to start connecting with other cruisers.
