How to complete your payment for Nomad Cruise

Please ensure that you pay the full amount no later than 90 days prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your ticket.

Please note that a 70 EUR late payment fee will be automatically added to bookings with outstanding balances after the payment deadline. If we don’t receive your payment within 7 days after the payment deadline, your booking will be cancelled.

To check the outstanding balance for your booking, refer to the email from us with the subject line "Your Nomad Cruise Order Receipt**"**. In the same email, you will find a payment link where you can complete the payment with your credit card.

Note: If you have trouble finding the email with payment info, please check your Spam folder as well.

We provide three options for paying the outstanding balance:

1. EUR Bank transfer – transaction fee within the EU is 0% Please make sure that you refer to your order number and name in your transfer. 3. Credit card – transaction fees are typically around 2-3%. If you would like to pay by credit card and cannot find the payment link in your booking confirmation, please send an email to [email protected] and we will resend it to you.

Not sure if you've already completed the payment?

Check your email for a message from us with the subject "Your Nomad Cruise order receipt" You should have received this email as soon as we received your payment.
