Please ensure that you pay the full amount no later than 90 days prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your ticket.
Please note that a 70 EUR late payment fee will be automatically added to bookings with outstanding balances after the payment deadline. If we don’t receive your payment within 7 days after the payment deadline, your booking will be cancelled.
To check the outstanding balance for your booking, refer to the email from us with the subject line "Your Nomad Cruise Order Receipt**"**. In the same email, you will find a payment link where you can complete the payment with your credit card.
Note: If you have trouble finding the email with payment info, please check your Spam folder as well.
