On The Day of Your Talk

We have a tight schedule, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your talk so we can get you set up and ready. As timing is tight, we ask that you keep to your allotted time so the program stays on track.

Before Your Talk

Presentation Link (preferred) or Files

Please share your editable link (Canva or Google Slides preferred) or upload your presentation file (e.g. Keynote) here as early as possible so our team can prepare. Your presentation does not need to be final, you can keep editing your slides as much as you like after sharing the link. Getting the link early allows us to pin/save it on our side and ensure everything is technically ready. All presentations will be checked in advance with your assigned tech volunteer.

Stage Setup

A joint speakers/conference team walkthrough will take place on stage on the first day. During this time:

Internet & Downloads

While we anticipate good Wi-Fi performance, we cannot guarantee a constant, strong connection. If your presentation includes videos or requires an active internet connection, please download them beforehand and enable offline mode.

During Your Talk

Equipment

The setup includes a screen, projector, and handheld mic. Some venues may also offer head mics depending on availability.

Timing

A countdown timer will be placed on stage to help you keep time. The Speaker Coordinator will let you know when your time is up.

Q&A

Keep your microphone on at all times during Q&A so everyone can hear, especially attendees at the back.
