We have a tight schedule therefore we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your talk is scheduled ****so we can get you all set up and ready for your session. As timing is so tight we have to insist that you please keep to your allotted time so the program stays on track.
Our team will have a countdown timer placed on the stage to help you keep the time. The Speaker Coordinator will let you know when your time is up.
The setup includes a screen, projector, and handheld mic. Some venues may also offer head mics, depending on availability.
Please note that while we anticipate the Wi-Fi to generally perform well, we cannot guarantee a constant, strong connection at all times, so if your presentation includes videos or anything that requires an active internet connection, please make sure to download them beforehand.
