We have a tight schedule therefore we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your talk is scheduled ****so we can get you all set up and ready for your session. As timing is so tight we have to insist that you please keep to your allotted time so the program stays on track.
Our team will have a countdown app placed on the stage to help you keep your allotted time. The stage manager will let you know when your time is up.
There is a screen and projector available for all talks. We have hand mics, please be prepared for them.
Please note that while we anticipate the Wi-Fi to generally perform well, we cannot guarantee a constant, strong connection at all times, so if your presentation includes videos or anything that requires an active internet connection, please make sure to download them beforehand.
